From start to finish, our experience with United Bros Garage Door was outstanding. Carlos, who came to our home to take measurements and provide the initial consultation, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the entire process easy to understand. When it came time for installation, our two installers exceeded every expectation. They arrived on time, maintained a great attitude throughout the job, and demonstrated excellent attention to detail. We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door services.

Carlos and his team at United Brothers just finished installing two new garage doors on our garage and golf cart garage. We couldn't be happier about the process and the result. Carlos provided me with great advice and options, he was very knowledgeable about what our HOA would allow and took care of all the information I needed for that submission. He was deliberate and meticulous about the measurements. His bid was both fair and better than the other option I considered. His team installed both doors beautifully, cleaned everything meticulously, reprogrammed the door keypad and both our cars. Great experience from start to finish! They know their stuff.

Could not be more impressed. Carlos answered when I called mid afternoon on Christmas day, Julian was here first thing next morning. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Julian fixed what needed fixed, explained a lot and answered any questions I had. You never know when calling for any kind of repairs, but Julian was absolutely honest. I thought my spring needed replaced, but he said it was fine, instead it was a very inexpensive part. Some companies would just upsell if they can. Very fair pricing. Highly recommended!

The spring on the garage door broke this morning and wouldn't open. I called United Bros, texted him a picture of the broken spring and the door from the inside. He was able to give me a quote via text based on the pictures. His guy showed up within an hour. The quote checked out and the job was done by the afternoon. Great service. Great value! The price did not break the bank. Much more reasonable than other quotes I received. He even greased and serviced the rest of the door without tacking on additional fees. Thank you!

I called United Bros Garage Doors, and within an hour technician Chris arrived. He was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also lubricated the moving parts, fine-tuned the system, and even relocated one of the sensors for better coverage. Now my garage door works perfectly. Excellent service at a fair price. Definitely worth giving them a call before going anywhere else!

Last week one of my springs snapped. I was desperate. I called another company to come out because they were open 24 seven and their price was outrageous. I could not believe how much they were charging, so my housekeepers came and I asked them for advice if they knew somebody and they recommended United Bros. The gentleman answered all my questions and told me over the phone how much it would cost. I couldn't believe how much of a difference it was. These people are the best, I recommend them.

The owner was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional when taking my urgent call. He stated he could have a technician to Palm Desert within an hour. Chris rang my doorbell in 45 minutes. I applaud businesses that are true to their word without the customary three hour window. Everything was corrected without the attempt of an up sale that sadly is the rule of thumb for so many businesses these days. When he told me what the price was, it was actually half of what I was expecting. I can't recommend United Brothers Garage Doors enough, especially if it is an urgent request.

We had our original door for 30+ years. They were not only reasonable, but flexible and friendly too. Their customer service was impeccable and their responses were prompt. Highly recommend!

Hands down my new go to garage service provider. We purchased a new garage opener and thought it would be a simple self install but it ended up being more complicated than we thought. Two other companies came out and neither one solved it. To my amazement Julian was able to get my opener to work! He also was able to program our cars to the garages and remotes. The price to me was really great and after not having a working garage for 5 months, I was the happiest person ever!

This is a great company. Our garage door wouldn't open. We thought it was the motor, which would have cost close to $800 to repair. Luckily Chris, their super duper technician, found the problem with the door bushings, and fixed our problem for only $120. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with garage door problems.

My garage door sensors were blinking and I tried to troubleshoot myself. I called this company and they immediately sent out a technician. At the same time, he was helping me troubleshoot and he solved the problem! The technician was cancelled and he charged me nothing for the phone call. Amazing and honest service. He didn't have to help me troubleshoot. I will be saving his number for all future repairs!

We called Carlos on a Sunday, and to my surprise he showed up very fast. Clearly he was going somewhere with his wife but came over to fix our garage door that was stuck. Fixed it quickly and charged a very reasonable rate. We never had a problem since. Very reliable, answers texts very quickly. We were looking for a garage door opener another time and since he wasn't in the shop he directed me to another store in town that had them. Who would be that honest and caring about his customers?

UBGD were incredibly professional and delivered outstanding service at a fair price. I called and scheduled an appointment the night before and by 9:45 the next morning my garage door was working like new again. Carlos and his team have never let me down! This was a significant issue, a power disruption fried our 20 year old LiftMaster side mount motor. They had a new unit ready the next day and installed it in a flash. The price I felt was very reasonable. Great work and always reliable.
